Use of the Horse Hair Extension web site and purchase of products using the site by you means that you agree to the terms & conditions..
We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the goods in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the order as cancelled). In the event of an order being cancelled, any payment made for the goods will be refunded in full.
All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a particular item which you have ordered or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.
Payment for goods is handled by Paypal.
Our trading name is Horse Hair Extensions. You can pay by: Visa or MasterCard credit card or by Switch, Solo or Delta debit card. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read your details as they are sent to Paypal over the Internet.
Orders outside the UK and France will be at our discretion.
We aim to deliver goods to destinations in the UK and France within 3-7 working days in most circumstances.
Orders are despatched by various couriers. Our deliveries may require a signature and operate between 9am and 5pm on weekdays only, so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your goods between these hours.
We are a European based company and all overseas orders must select the overseas shipping method, failure to do so will result in delays to your order.
We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time which we quote for that item, please contact us by email. We will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible.
We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Your right to cancel
Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 days runs form when you get the last of the batch.
This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back.
Your right to a refund
You should get a refund within 14 days of either us the trader getting the goods back, or you providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is the sooner.
A deduction can be made by us if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you the customer handling the goods more than was necessary.
The extent to which you as a customer can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.
Refunding the cost of delivery
We are obliged to refund the basic delivery cost of getting the goods to you in the first place, so if you opted for enhanced service eg guaranteed next day, we only have to refund the basic cost.
There are some circumstances where the Consumer Contracts Regulations won’t give you a right to cancel.
These include perishable items, tailor-made or personalised items.
Also included are goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery. For example multi coloured braids and pre-bonded hair.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery).
We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control.
We will not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong.
We make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. Because of the nature of the Internet, the shopping online service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We will always endeavour to get your order to you in time for any shows but please bear in mind the hair is sent from France so you need to allow enough time for the goods to reach you, and remember to allow time if you have sent us samples.
We will not be held responsible for mis-matching of colour if you have not purchased our shade guide or have not sent a sample to us for matching nor will we be held responsible for items not arriving in time for shows.
Most of our items are hand prepared and these take time to prepare.

We may change or withdraw any part of our website, or may refuse you access to the website at any time if we consider it necessary.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of England and Wales.
